Relicario Vermouth Finish has been developed from Relicario Superior rum, aged for between 5 and 10 static years in the Dominican Republic, and then aged further 6 months in Mancino Vecchio.
Vermouth barrels are from the renowned Piemonte region of Italy.
Category: Dominican Rum · Alcohol content: 40% Vol.

Aroma: Prominent aromas of cane molasses and vanilla, combined with botanical nuances such as wormwood, gentian root, rhubarb, chamomile. Fleeting hints of citrus from the final ageing in red vermouth barrels.
Flavour: Intense and well balance. With aged notes, cane brandy, botanical notes, slight bitterness typical of vermouths. Medium-high complexity, dry.
Swallowing sensation: Deep, with an aromatic complexity that leaves the palate full. Good harmony between the aged notes and the botanical nuances.

Mancino Vermouth Vecchio

Mancino Vermouth Vecchio has 38 botanicals in its original recipe as well as a fortified Trebbiano wine and is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months. We then use the same barrels to age our Relicario rum for 6 months.
